We need your support!
Operating an organization with the goals and ambitions of Greater Midwest's comes with costs. To the individual members, these costs comes through the investment of personal time and individual expenses. Each member travels to practice once a month, and to at least four contests a year and they incur these costs on their own.
Our band travels all across the United States and Canada yearly to represent the Midwest as the premier band from the region. Every other year, we make the international voyage to Scotland to represent our region and country on the global stage at the World Pipe Band Championships.
Even with individual band members supporting themselves in these endeavors, the operational costs for the organization are well into the five figure range. We work hard to raise our own funds through fundraising events like raffles and concerts throughout the year.
We are however always looking for donors and sponsors to help us to continue to grow our outreach, our educational pursuits, and capabilities.
